Setting



Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Install the steering knuckle, wheel hub, insert the drive shaft and secure with the bolt tightening the bolt by hand.
Install the ball joint of the lower guide and hold the lever in a rotary fist and fix a nut, having tightened their moment of 100 Nm. If necessary, key 4 mm hold the hinge pin from turning.
Install the ball joint of the upper arm front suspension knuckle and secure with nuts, having tightened their moment of 40 Nm.
Install the tie rod end and secure it with screws.
Install the ABS sensor in the steering knuckle and secure with wire clamps sensor.
Install the brake disc guard and fix its bolts, having tightened their moment of 10 Nm.
Install the brake disc.
Install the caliper front brake and fix its bolts, having tightened their moment of 120 Nm.
Tighten the outer CV joints to the front wheel torque of 190 Nm, then further tighten them at an angle of 180 ?�. Tighten bolts drive shafts to the front wheel only on the car standing on wheels.
