Setting



Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following.
In the flange gearbox and rear axle, clean the threads of the bolt fastening the PTO shaft.
Check that the flanges of the propeller shaft did not have grease. Remove the new seals the protective film and place the gasket on the sticky side flanges to the propeller shaft.

To eliminate the imbalance align the marks on the propeller shaft flange to flange marks on the gearbox and rear axle (see. Fig. 11.4).
Secure the propeller shaft, using new bolts.
Adjust the position of the intermediate support propeller shaft.
Check that the exhaust system was located freely and does not touch the body.

NOTE
The maximum allowable deflection angle of the axis of the constant velocity joint - 8 ?�, universal joint - 25 ?�.
