Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Drain the fuel system pressure. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery and remove the battery with the bracket.
2. Remove the air intake pipe and air filter.
3. Remove the starter.
4. Disconnect the gearbox.
5. Turn on the reverse.
6. Disconnect from a transmission switching rod and extension rod.
7. Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor.
8. Remove the pressure cylinder of coupling and secure it with a piece of wire.
9. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Fix the engine on the lift.
10. Remove the upper bolts securing the gearbox to the engine.
11. Remove the fuel filter.
12. Remove the left engine support.
13. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. Remove the front wheels.
14. Drain the gear oil.
15. In the four-cylinder engines unscrew bolts (A) of the intake manifold bracket (the screws (B) is fixed bracket starter) and remove the bracket.
16. Remove the exhaust system.
17. Remove the axis and the intermediate shaft.
18. Insert the sleeve or special plug in the hole axis.
19. Secure the bushing with adhesive tape so that they are not falling out when you remove gearbox.
20. Remove the guards and the crossmember.
21. Remove the six bolts, twist the two nuts and remove the gearbox support.
22. Remove the bolts (arrows) and remove the clutch cover.
23. Establish a jack under the gearbox.
24. Remove the remaining bolts of the gearbox.
25. 4-cylinder engines unscrew bolts (arrows) and remove the bracket gearbox and engine.

26. Remove the transmission from the engine and lower it on the jack.

Setting

Installing gearbox is carried out in reverse order of removal.
