Semiaxes



Drive is transmitted from the gearbox to the wheels through a pair of semi-axes. At the ends of the semi-axes are set constant velocity joints.

Periodically inspect joints for damage or traces of grease leakage. Check the integrity and reliability of anther clamps.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the nuts from the heel of the hub
2. Loosen the fixing nut hub.
3. Lift the car and establish it on support. Remove the wheel.
4. Remove the stabilizer bar from the lower arm.
5. Remove the lower arm of the bracket hub. Remove the retaining nut hub.
6. Pull the bracket out of the hub and remove the end of the half-axis of the hub.
7. To remove the right axle, remove the inner end of the half-line from a transmission using a large screwdriver or a crowbar, placing it between the housing and the hinge fastening of the intermediate bearing.
8. To remove the left axle, remove the inner end of the half-line from a transmission using a large screwdriver or a crowbar, placing it between the gearbox and the casing joint.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the old lock ring on the internal end of the half-line and install the new one. Lubricate the oil seal gearbox or intermediate bearing and insert the end of the half-line in place. Make sure that the retaining ring securely in axle shaft.
2. Lubricate the splines of the external joint and insert the end of the half-line in the hub.
3. Connect the lower arm to the support hub and tighten the mounting bolt to the required torque.
4. Install the new hub fixing nut and tighten it securely.
5. Connect the stabilizer bar to the control arm. Replace the wheel and lower the car on the earth.
6. Tighten the hub fixing nut to the required torque.
