Withdrawal
Remove the hex bolt of the drive shaft.
Remove the wheel.

Nut connecting rod with damper strut
Fig. 4.50. Nut connecting rod with damper strut

Loosen the hex nut connecting rod with damper strut (Fig. 4.50).
Remove the nuts.
Remove the wheel bearing housing with ball joint of the arm.
Pull the outer joint of the drive shaft from the hub.
Hang the drive shaft on a wire to the body.

NOTE
The drive shaft should not hang freely, because of inflection is damaged internal hinge.

Screw the hinge arm to arm.
Rack for the engine and gearbox support, attach the wheel to the hub bolt.

A threaded joint wheel bearing housing with an amortization rack
Fig. 4.51. A threaded joint wheel bearing housing with an amortization rack

Disconnect Screwed wheel bearing housing with an amortization rack (Fig. 4.51).

Installing Rectifier
Fig. 4.52. Installing Rectifier

Insert the rectifier into the slot wheel bearing housing (Fig. 4.52).
Turn the ratchet 90 ? and remove the rectifier.
Click hand on the brake disc in the direction of strut.
Otherwise, tube shock absorber can be skewed in the housing of the wheel bearing.
Remove the wheel bearing housing to the shock absorber pipe in a downward direction and lowered by the rack for the engine and transmission as long as the absorber tube will not hang freely.
Tie the wire wheel bearing housing to the console / subframe.
Take a stand for the engine and transmission from the wheel bearing housing.
Remove the wiper arms.
Remove the liner plenum chamber.

Hexagon head upper shock absorber
Fig. 4.53. Hexagon head upper shock absorber

Remove the hexagon bolts of the upper shock absorber and remove the spring strut (Fig. 4.53).

Setting
Rack for the engine and gearbox support, attach the wheel to the hub bolt.
Install the spring strut on the wheel bearing housing and lock the rack screw with an asterisk and a new nut.
The end of the screw from the inside sprocket to be directed along the direction of travel.
Remove the rectifier.

Markings on the cushion spring
Fig. 4.54. Markings on the cushion spring

One of the two markings on the cushion springs must be directed along the direction of travel (fig. 4.54).
Remove wire from wheel bearing housing.
Carefully lift the wheel bearing housing via the rack to the gearbox until until it becomes possible to tighten the bolts connection strut with a cup (Fig. 4.53).
If you want to tighten the bolts, use a ladder, such ladder.
Tighten the hexagon bolts of the upper shock absorber.
Remove the support.
Tighten the screw connection of the wheel bearing housing with an amortization rack (Fig. 4.51).
Remove the nuts.
Insert the drive shaft into the wheel hub.
Insert wheel bearing housing with swivel suspension arm.
Screw the ball joint to the arm.

NOTE
Check for damage and twisting the boot.
Install trim plenum chamber.
Install the wiper arms.

Further installation in reverse order.
Install and tighten the wheel torque.

Removing coil spring

Installation tools for tightening the spring
Fig. 4.55. Installation devices for tightening spring: 1 - tie springs; 2 - a torque wrench; 3 - head; 4 - rattle; 5 - packing; 6 - spring retainer

Garter spring via tie springs until until there is contact ball bearing.

ATTENTION
First compress a spring so as to relieve the upper spring cup.

The correct position of the spring holder
Fig. 4.56. The correct position of the spring holder

Ensure the correct position of the spring in the spring retainer (Fig. 4.56).
Loosen the hex nut on the piston rod.
Remove the individual parts and the spring strut via tie spring.

Installing coil spring
Push the spring with the help of the springs on the lower tie plate.

The combination of coil springs and end stops
Fig. 4.57. The combination of coil springs and end stops

The end of the coil spring must rest against the stop (Fig. 4.57).
