Drive shaft with SHRUS Birfield and tripoidnogo type
 
   1 - ctopornoe ring;    2 - SHRUS tripoidnogo type;    3 - ctopornoe snap ring;    4 - support rollers tripoidnogo connection;    5 - a protective cover;    6 - a collar;    7 - a collar;    8 - a nut, 220-260 N ??? m;  |   9 - dustproof ring;    10 - CV joints Birfield;    11 - a protective cover;    12 - a collar;    13 - a collar;    14 - Dynamic damper;    15 - Dynamic damper clamp.  |       Dismantling    A warning    Do not disassemble SHRUS type Birfield. 
    For lubrication of constant velocity joints, use only special grease. 
    When assembling SHRUS necessary to establish new collars. 
      Check 
   |   PERFORMANCE ORDER  |  |   1. Check the drive shaft splines.  |  |   2. Check for signs of rust, water and foreign objects in the boot band Birfield.  |  |   3. Check the support rollers tripoidnogo connections for wear or corrosion.  |  |   4. Check the groove inside SHRUS Birfield for wear or corrosion.  |  |   5. Check the dynamic damper for damage.  |

    Assembly 
   |   PERFORMANCE ORDER  |  |   1. Before installing the cover wrap to protect the drive shaft splines from tripoidnogo joint with adhesive tape.  |  |   2. Grease the drive shaft and install the cover.    Grease SHRUS Birfield: Centoplex 278M / 136K TJ    Grease tripoidnogo SHRUS: KLKTJ41-182 (MS511-50, KOREA KLUBER)   |      |   3. To set the dynamic damper position SHRUS Birfield in a straight line relative to the shaft, the damper position at a distance of 437 ?± 3 mm and secure it with a clamp.  |  |   4. Put grease in a protective cover tripoidnogo SHRUS and set the cover on the hinge.    Protective Case tripoidnogo hinge:    The total amount of grease: 95 ?± 6 g    Hinge: 60 ?± 3 g    Protective cover: 35 ?± 3 g   |  |   5. Add the SHRUS Birfield much grease as it was wiped out during the inspection of the hinge.  |  |   6. Install the covers.  |  |   7. Secure the protective cover SHRUS Birfield collars.  |      |   8. Attach the covers so that the length of the drive shaft correspond to the required values    The length of the left drive shaft:    With a manual transmission: 645,2 ?± 2 mm    With automatic transmission: 648,9 ?± 2 mm    The length of the right drive shaft:    With a manual transmission: 930,5 ?± 2 mm    With automatic transmission: 934,2 ?± 2 mm.   |
