Removing and installing compressor

Engine FE DOHC

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Drain the coolant system of the air conditioner.
2. Disconnect from the compressor hoses of high and low pressure.
	3. Remove the belt as follows: - Loosen the screws (1), (2) and nut (3); - Remove the bolt 4; - Remove the belt; - Adjust the belt tension in the reverse order.
4. Remove the nut (3), the shaft (5) and adjust (6).
5. Install the parts in reverse order of removal.
6. When replacing the compressor before installing new drain about 100 ^cm 3 of cooling oil.
7. Remove the air and add refrigerant and check operation.

Engine T8 DOHC

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Drain the coolant system of the air conditioner.
	2. Remove the belt as follows: - Loosen the screws (1), (2) and (3); - Remove the bolt (4) to adjust the tension; - Remove the belt; - Adjust the belt tension in the reverse order.
3. Disconnect the connector from the magnetic coupling.
4. Disconnect from the compressor hoses of high and low pressure.
5. Remove the three mounting bolts.
