Vacuum brake booster

1 - the brake pipe;
2 - a nut;
3 - an electric socket;
4 - the master cylinder;
5 - a lining;

6 - a vacuum hose;
7 - pin;
8 - pin head and the cotter pin hole;
9 - a nut;
10 - the brake servo.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the electrical connector from popolnitelnogo the brake fluid reservoir.
2. Disconnect the brake pipes.
3. Remove the brake master cylinder.
	4. Remove the vacuum hose from the vacuum brake booster.
5. In the passenger compartment, remove the cotter pin that secures the pin head and the cotter pin hole.
6. Remove the pin with a head and a hole for the pin.
7. The assistant should support the brake servo in the engine compartment.
8. Remove the four screws fixing the brake servo to the bulkhead.
9. Remove the vacuum brake booster.
10. Remove the pad holder of the vacuum brake booster.

Setting

A warning

Lubricate the pin head and the cotter pin hole with lithium grease.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install in the reverse order of removal.

The inhaling moment: 18,6-25,5 N ??? m

2. Fill the tank popolnitelny brake system with brake fluid up to the MAX mark.

3. Remove air from the hydraulic circuit brake system.

4. Check for leaks of brake fluid.

5. Check and, if necessary, adjust the height of installation of a pedal and brake pedal free wheeling.
