Removal and installation of the heater fan
With 10/89 vol. Withdrawal Setting | - Install and screw the fan.
- Compress the seal plate and fix the mounting bracket.
- Connect the earth cable to the battery.
- If available, set the clock and set the security code radio.

From 9/85 on 9/89 MY. | - Disconnect earth cable from the battery.
 | This data is erased from the memory of malfunctions of the engine or a protective code of a radio receiver. Before disconnecting the battery should read instructions in Section Removal and installation of the battery. |
- Remove panel at the bottom of the instrument panel.
- Remove the glove box, see chap. Wheels and tires, a body, car coloring, care of the car, Section dashboard / center console.
- Remove the black steel holder on top of the glove compartment.
- Remove the air duct between the box and the heater fan unit.
- 3 Unscrew the nuts of the fan housing.
- Remove the cable inlet of the air damper.
 | - Disconnect the multi-plug.

- Remove the fan.
|

Setting | - Install and screw the fan.
- Connect the multi-connector.
- Install the cable inlet of the air damper.
- Push the air duct.
- Set a steel holder in the glove compartment.
- Install the glove box.
- Install the lower trim.
- Connect the earth cable to the battery.
- If available, set the clock and set the security code radio.
