Withdrawal | PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Disassemble the hydraulic cooling fan clutch. | | 2. Drain the coolant into a suitable container. | | 3. Remove the pump with liquid cooling system 3 coolant hose. Previously fully open and slide the clamp back. | | 4. Loosen, without twisting, pump pulley bolts on the liquid cooling system. | | 5. Remove the V-ribbed belt. | | 6. Unscrew and remove the pump pulley liquid cooling system. | | 7. 6-cylinder engine: Remove the screws (263/264) on the engine block and remove the pump liquid cooling system. | | 8. Thoroughly clean the sealing surfaces on the pump housing and the cover of gear. |
  |
Setting | PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Screw the pump liquid cooling system using a new paper gasket. A warning The factory sealed pump liquid sealing means. When assembling the paper can be used, or a liquid gasket seal means, for example, Loctite. Thus the sealing surface on the pump liquid cooling uniformly lubricate the sealing means and, if possible, a thin layer.

  | | 2. Screw the liquid cooling pump pulley. | | 3. Place the V-ribbed belt. | | 4. Tighten the screws to the failure on the pulley pump liquid cooling. | | 5. Push all hoses for coolant and lock their jaws. | | 6. Set the hydraulic cooling fan clutch. | | 7. Pour coolant. |
