Fan shroud
4-cylinder petrol engine
Withdrawal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Remove the hydraulic cooling fan clutch. | | 2. Disconnect the coolant hose (4) on the fan housing (11). | | 3. Remove the retaining spring (1). | | 4. Pull out the fan cover (11) up out of the clamping device on the radiator. |

Setting
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Fan housing with fixing plate, insert the clamping device on the radiator. The number of fixing plates may be different depending on the model. |  | 2. Set on the same axis of the fan casing (11) to the fan (25) in accordance with the following dimensions:
A: 22-25 mm
B: 25-38 mm
C: 17-23 mm | | 3. Click on the retaining spring (1). | | 4. Put the coolant hose. |

FEATURES 6-cylinder engine
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. To remove the ring (2) of the fan casing, pull the locking pin (1). | | 2. Turn the ring to the left and place it on top of the fan. | | 3. Place the ring on the fan housing cover (3), and until then turn it to the right until you can insert a locking pin. |

Withdrawal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Remove the retaining clips. The engine capacity of 2.5 liters pull the fan casing of the clamping device (arrow) and place over the fan. | | 2. Dismantle the hydraulic cooling fan clutch. | | 3. Unhook the hose from the engine coolant fan shroud. | | 4. The engine of 2.0 / 2.2 L: pull up the fan cover of the clamping device on the radiator. |

Setting
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |  | 1. Insert the fan cowl with the fixing bracket (arrow) in the clamping device on the radiator. Depending on the model number of the fixing brackets may be different. |  | 2. Align the fan shroud towards the fan itself in accordance with the specified dimensions.
The engine capacity of 2.0 liters:
A = 22 mm
B = 31 mm
C = 20 mm
The engine capacity of 2.2 / 2.5 L:
A = 22 mm
B = 28 mm
C = 20 mm | | 3. Press the locking spring. | | 4. Attach the hose to the coolant. |
