| 1. Before removing it, disconnect the negative battery terminal. |
| 2. Remove the air filter (see. Subsection 6.3.1.2). |
| 3. Turn the cam accelerated engine operation to remove it from the connecting mechanism throttle. |
| 4. Combine the hole in the cam with a hole in the throttle body and the lock cam in this position by inserting a pin or drill hole 3 mm in diameter. |
| 5. Turn off fixing screws on the upper section of the throttle body, then carefully remove the top section from the bottom section. |
| 6. Remove the spacer and discard it; When installing, use a new one. |
| 7. Remove the two screws and remove the mounting plate of the valve from the lower section of the throttle body. |
| 8. Remove the valve from the slot and remove the O-ring. |
| 9. Installation is spent upside-down removals. |
| 10. At installation use a new O-ring and gasket between the sections of the throttle body. |
