1. Hold down the bottom of the rack in a vice through the pads.
2. Screw the nuts onto the studs, leaning into the hairpin arm, release the upper shock absorber rod nut. Completely nut does not turn away.
3. Compress the spring with special tool so that the top plate can be rotated by hand.
4. Remove the stem nut, hold the stem from turning.
5. Remove the washer, gasket, the top cap and spring plate.
6. Remove the spring, dust cover and a rubber buffer.

9. Check for cracks on the body and damage.
10. Check the rack, first put forward the entire length of the stem, and then vdvigaya and pushing rod 50-100 mm. It should feel smooth resistance to movement of the rod.
11. If there are signs of leakage, mechanical damage, and movement of the rod is accompanied by a "choppy", the desk must be replaced. Springs and all parts can be mounted on a new stand.
