| 1. Clean the bearing seat of the old grease and apply a new universal grease while the bearing itself is not lubricated. | 
| 2. Install the retaining ring 34 in the knuckle 27. | 
| 3. Press in the new bearing in the knuckle 27 by applying a force to the outer ring of the bearing. | 
| 4. Install the retaining ring 29 in the knuckle 27. | 
| 5. Press on the hub wheel bearing 35 with a rotary fist by applying a force to the inner ring of the bearing. | 
| 6. Install the steering knuckle (see. Subsection 9.1.3). | 
| 7. Lift the front of the car again. | 
| 8. Check the bearing by turning a wheel which should rotate without jamming and large cross play. |
