Removing and installing oil pan
Withdrawal | PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Remove the bottom mudguard of the engine. | | 2. Drain the engine oil by loosening the oil drain plug about half a turn. Place the container for oil plum under a drain stopper and unscrew a stopper completely. If necessary, press a stopper when unscrew that oil did not proceed prematurely. | | 3. When the oil has completely drained, screw the oil drain plug in place. | | 4. Remove the two or three bolts securing sump to gearbox housing. | | 5. Unscrew bolts and remove oil pan from the engine block. |
| | The moments of a tightening of the oil drain plug: | | - Engines 1,4- / 1,6-I | 30 Nm | | - The engine 1,8-I | 40 Nm | | - The engine 2,3-I | 20 Nm |
