Removal and installation of a fuel highway and atomizers

A fuel highway and injectors of the engine 1,8-I

1 - the fuel line;
2 - spring bracket;
3 - a sealing ring. If damage is necessary to use a new sealing ring. Before installation, lubricate the O-ring with clean engine oil;
4 - fuel pressure regulator;

5 - a vacuum hose;
6 - a bolt, 10 Nm;
7 - Connection to the fuel return line;
8 - Connecting to the fuel feed;
9 - bracket;
10 - fuel injector

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the vacuum hose and electrical connections of the switching valve in the intake manifold. Remove the caps from the spark plugs.
	2. Using the Allen wrench, unscrew the top of the intake manifold (the bolts are specified by arrows).
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
	4. Remove the fuel feed hose from the fuel line (place of the compound shown by the arrow), the cloth collect spilled fuel.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel injector.
	6. Unscrew the bolts of the fuel line (indicated by arrows) and remove a fuel highway together with injectors from the intake manifold.
7. Remove the retaining clips that secure the nozzle to the fuel line, and remove the fuel injectors. Note the arrangement of nozzles in order to be able to install them into place.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Replace the O-rings on the fuel injectors.

2. Lubricate the O-rings of fuel injectors with clean engine oil.

3. Install the nozzle in the fuel line, and secure them with spring clips.

4. Install the fuel rail with the injectors on the intake manifold and press it.

5. Secure the fuel line bolts, having tightened their moment of 10 Nm.

6. Connect the electrical connectors to the fuel injectors.

7. Connect the fuel feed hose to the fuel line.

8. Install the upper part of the intake manifold with a new gasket.

9. Connect the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator.

10. Attach the vacuum hose and electrical connections to the switching valve intake manifold.

11. Set the tip of high-voltage wires to the spark plugs.
