Removing and installing toothed belt



To do this, follow these steps:
- Remove the belt guard and loosen the tension of the V-belt as described in Section. 4.3.3;
- Remove ribbed belt;
- Unscrew the bolt of the pulley and remove the pulley;
- Felt-tip pen to mark the direction of rotation of the toothed belt on the outer side;
- Release the tension device used for the belt tension by releasing the bolt located in the middle and remove the toothed belt from the pulleys;
- If necessary, remove a pulley from the crankshaft, and you can use the mount. This work is necessary, of course, only in the case is scheduled to replace all the timing details. In this case, you also need to turn away a bolt of camshaft sprocket and remove.
When installing the toothed belt align the position of the control tags in relation to each other and pull the toothed belt as described in the next section. Reinstall the remaining parts. Tighten the pulley bolt torque of 90 Nm, and in this position to tighten still further by 120 ?�. Tightening can be done in several stages. Camshaft pulley bolt tighten to 80 Nm, and the pulley bolts - 20 Nm.
Ribbed belt tightened in accordance with the instructions of Sect. 4.3.3.
