Removing and installing the gearbox from the engine
Removing the gearbox the engine (if you remove the power unit) was performed as follows: - Unscrew bolts of a transmission to the engine; - Two people disconnect the engine and transmission, the last moving back, and gently pull it out;
A warning Gearbox output shaft should not rely on the petals of the diaphragm spring pressure plate clutch, so as not to damage them. |
Installation of transmission spend in reverse order, paying attention to the following: - Check the technical condition of the clutch; - Ensure in good clutch release bearing; - Check centering sleeves in the engine block; - Clean and lubricate the thin slots and neck primary shaft gearbox small amount of grease G 000 100. The amount of lubricant should not exceed the size of a pea;
A warning Excess grease may get on the friction linings clutch plate and impair its function. |
- Including one of the forward gears in the gearbox; - Start with the assistant gently input shaft in the clutch; - Screw the bolts, with washers and tighten them, depending on the bolts of the following points: M7 10 Nm M8 20 Nm M10 60 Nm M12 80 Nm
