Removing water pump driven



Before disconnecting the battery, check whether you have the code switch on the radio.
Switch off the ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
When installing gaskets and O-rings replaced.
To protect the toothed belt from the coolant cover it with polyethylene.
Remove the front bumper.
Install the front transverse panel in service position.
Remove ribbed belt.
Remove the timing belt.
Drain the coolant from the cooling system.

Location tensioning bolts (1) and singles (2) and the tensioning rollers (3)

Remove the bolts and remove the tension 1 (Fig. 7.29) and the idle rollers 2.

Remove the two nuts 1 (fig. 7.30) fixing the water pump to the casing of a gear belt.
Remove the nine screws 2 and remove the water pump.
