Installing the rear axle



Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following.
In the flange gearbox and rear axle, clean the threads of the bolt fastening the PTO shaft.
Check that the propeller shaft flanges lacking lubrication. Remove the protective film seals and gaskets on flanges set the sticky side to the propeller shaft.
Lift the rear differential so that you can attach the rear drive shafts to its flange. Screw, but do not fully tighten the bolts to the flanges of the drive shaft final drive.

When you install the propeller shaft to eliminate the imbalance align the marks on the propeller shaft flange to flange marks on the rear axle (see. Fig. 11.4).
Replace and tighten the bolts to the propeller shaft flanges rear axle.
Check the oil level in rear axle.
Check that the exhaust system was located freely and does not touch the body.
