Bleeding of the hydraulic clutch



WARNINGS
The brake fluid used in a hydraulic drive clutch is poisonous, so if it gets on your skin, immediately wash it off with plenty of water. If the liquid gets into your eyes or inside the body, you must seek medical advice immediately. Some liquids have property easily to ignite and can light up even from contact to hot knots of the car. In addition, the fluid used in a hydraulic drive, dissolves a paint and plastic, therefore at liquid hit on a paint and varnish covering of the car wash it with plenty of water. Since the fluid is hygroscopic (absorbs moisture from the air), it is not recommended to use a liquid, stored long time in open ware.
Any hydraulic system works normally if air is removed from it.
During air removal add only the pure liquid recommended by the manufacturer. Never re-use liquid that flowed from a hydraulic clutch.
If the hydraulic fluid accidentally mixed a variety of marks, remove the liquid, rinse with clean liquid required mark and insert new O-rings.
At constant leakage of fluid from the hydraulic actuator or contact with the hydraulic system of air and determine the cause of the leak and repair the damage.


To remove air requires special equipment, powered by compressed air. After connecting the sealed chamber with brake fluid to the master cylinder reservoir fluid is drained through the bleeder valve on the working cylinder as long as the liquid does not stop flowing air bubbles appear. It is recommended to apply the compressed air at a pressure of more than 2.5 bar.
With this method, a large tank of liquid provides additional protection of the clutch hydraulic system from possible ingress of air during pumping.

Put one end of the transparent hose to the bleeder valve, the other end into a glass container partially filled with brake fluid (Fig. 8.4).
In accordance with the instruction to connect a device for removing air pressure from the master cylinder reservoir.
Remove the bleeder valve one-half turn and allow the fluid to drain into the glass container up until the air bubbles stop appearing.
After removing the air from the hydraulic system of coupling tighten the bleeder valve, remove the hose from it, then the device with the tank.
Clean the bleeder valve of the brake fluid and set it on a protective cap.
Check brake fluid level in the tank and if necessary add brake fluid.
