With the adjustment mechanism with the electric drive can be adjusted the angle of the light beam headlights to the load of a vehicle (see. Fig. 1.83). This reduces the blinding headlights to oncoming traffic and improves visibility. To lower the beam, turn the knob of the guideline (0) down. The positions of the controller correspond to the following car load: 0 - the passengers in the front seats, luggage compartment empty; I - passengers on all seats, luggage compartment empty; II - passengers on all seats, the trunk is loaded; III - the only driver, the trunk is loaded.
NOTE On cars with Xenon headlamps when the ignition position of the headlights is adjusted automatically depending on the load of the vehicle. |
