Intake manifold
The front section of the intake manifold Switch off the ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Remove the screws and remove the engine cover (see. Fig. 3.4.1). Disconnect vacuum hose control flap, if any. Disconnect the hose from the air intake flap and pull the hoses to the side.

Unscrew and remove the bolts from the intake manifold front section (Fig. 3.4.40). Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
The left section of the intake manifold Remove the front section of the intake manifold.

Unscrew the bolts and remove thermofilter of turbocharger (see. Fig. 3.4.4). Mark and disconnect fuel tubes from injectors. Release and move the wiring harness from the left section of the intake manifold.

Unscrew the bolts and remove the left-hand section of the intake manifold (Fig. 3.4.41). Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
The right-hand section of the intake manifold Remove the front section of the intake manifold. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the turbocharger and the mechanical valve EGR hoses and swing to the side. Mark and disconnect fuel tubes from injectors. Free fuel lines and take them away from the right-hand section of the intake manifold.

Remove the screws and remove the right section of the intake manifold (Fig. 3.4.42). Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
