Remove ribbed belt.
Remove the right and left casings of a gear belt.
Remove the oil filler cap.

The label on the camshaft during installation in the first cylinder in the compression stroke TDC
Fig. 3.4.22. The label on the camshaft during installation in the first cylinder in the compression stroke TDC

For pulley bolt, rotate the crankshaft in the direction of working rotation until the marking ?OT? (TDC) on the camshaft in the oil filler hole (Fig. 3.4.22).

Set screw 3242 (1) to lock the crankshaft
Fig. 3.4.23. Set screw 3242 (1) to lock the crankshaft

Secure crankshaft in this position. To do this, remove the cylinder TDC sensor, and instead tighten the set screw 3242 (Fig. 3.4.23).
Remove the vacuum hose from the vacuum pump.
Unscrew the bolts of the vacuum pump, turn the pump counter-clockwise and remove it from the left cylinder head.

Location lid covering the end of the camshaft on the right cylinder head
Fig. 3.4.24. Location lid covering the end of the camshaft on the right cylinder head

Use a screwdriver as a lever, remove the cover over the end of the camshaft on the right cylinder head (Fig. 3.4.24).

Location latch 3458, which determines the position of the camshaft
Fig. 3.4.25. Location latch 3458, which determines the position of the camshaft

Set the lid locks in place 3458 (Fig. 3.4.25) camshafts.

An arrangement of bolts (1) securing the shock absorber, the nuts (2) securing the fuel pump and pulley bolt (3) fastening of a pulley of a gear belt to a pulley of the fuel pump
Fig. 3.4.26. An arrangement of bolts (1) securing the shock absorber, the nuts (2) securing the fuel pump and pulley bolt (3) fastening of a pulley of a gear belt to a pulley of the fuel pump

Remove the damper pulley of the fuel pump (Fig. 3.4.26). 2 nut fastening of a pulley of the fuel pump should not be unscrewed, because otherwise the changed fuel injection timing.

A WARNING
Chalk, markers or paint mark the direction of rotation of the toothed belt. After setting the belt rotates in the opposite direction, which may result in its destruction.

Adjusting the tension of the toothed belt
Fig. 3.4.33. Adjusting the tension of the toothed belt

Loosen the tensioner toothed belt fuel pump and remove the belt (see. Fig. 3.4.33).

Location damper bolts
Fig. 3.4.27. Location damper bolts

Remove the eight screws and remove the damper with the crankshaft pulley (Fig. 3.4.27).

A WARNING
To remove the damper with the crankshaft pulley is not required to unscrew the central pulley bolt.

Location bolts toothed belt and bracket radiator fan
Fig. 3.4.28. Location bolts toothed belt and radiator fan bracket 1 - a bolt, 45 Nm; 2 - bolt 10 Nm; 3 - bolt 20 Nm; 4 - bolt 10 Nm

Remove the bolts from the lower toothed belt 4 (Fig. 3.4.28).
Remove the pulley bolt radiator fan with viscous coupling.
Remove the bolts 1-3 (see. Fig. 3.4.28) bracket radiator fan and idler pulleys.
Loosen the screws 3 (see. Fig. 3.4.26) fastening of a pulley of a gear belt to a pulley of the fuel pump.

Using a special device 3036 (1) for fixing the camshaft pulley from turning
Fig. 3.4.29. Using a special device 3036 (1) for fixing the camshaft pulley from turning

Using a special device 3036 (Fig. 3.4.29), lock the camshaft pulley against rotation and alternately unscrew one turn (but do not unscrew completely) bolts camshaft pulley.

The weakening of the tension of the toothed belt
Fig. 3.4.30. The weakening of the tension of the toothed belt

Allen wrench to turn the 8 mm toothed belt tensioner pulley clockwise and fix the pin diameter of 2 mm (Fig. 3.4.30).

Use puller Kukko 204-1 (1) for the removal of a pulley of a gear belt from a camshaft
Fig. 3.4.31. Use puller Kukko 204-1 (1) for the removal of a pulley of a gear belt from a camshaft

Using puller Kukko 204-1 (Fig. 3.4.31), remove both camshaft pulley landing cones camshafts. This stripper should rest on the bolts camshaft pulleys. Camshaft pulley must rotate freely on the mounting cones, but do not have excessive play.
Remove the bolt and remove the toothed belt pulley with the left cylinder head.
Remove the timing belt.

Setting
Check that the camshaft has been fixed retainers 3458, and was the crankshaft at TDC of the first cylinder on the compression stroke.
Camshaft pulleys must turn freely.
Install the timing belt can be as cold and the warm engine.
Between the pulley and the crankshaft of grease.
First, insert the timing belt on the crankshaft pulley, then on the tensioner pulley, idler pulley, water pump pulley and the pulley of the right camshaft.
After that, put on a gear belt on a pulley of a camshaft of the left, install the pulley on the camshaft and secure with the bolt.
Allen wrench to turn the 8 mm toothed belt tensioner pulley clockwise to a torque of 15 Nm, remove the locking pin diameter of 2 mm (see. Fig. 3.4.30), and release the key.
Using a special device 3036 (see. Fig. 3.4.29), lock the camshaft pulley against rotation and alternately tighten the bolts camshaft pulley. Tighten them to a torque of 80 Nm.
Install the cooling fan bracket and secure it with screws (see. Fig. 3.4.28).

Fixing pin 3359 pulley of the fuel pump
Fig. 3.4.32. Fixing pin 3359 pulley of the fuel pump

Secure the pulley of the fuel pump pin 3359 (Fig. 3.4.32).
Install the drive pulley of the fuel pump so that the bolts are located in the middle of the elongated holes of the pulley, and tighten the screws so that you can turn the pulley of the fuel pump on the camshaft pulley.
Install the timing belt fuel pump.
Adjust the tension of the toothed belt of the fuel pump, for which an Allen key, turn the tensioner anti-clockwise before combination of labels 1 (Fig. 3.4.33), and a second wrench to tighten the nut to 36 Nm.
Tighten the camshaft pulley to 20 Nm.
Remove clamps 3458 camshafts.
Remove the pin 3359, fixed pulley of the fuel pump.
Remove the set screw 3242, fixed crankshaft.
Remove the set screw clamps 3242 and 3458, a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions, set it to the TDC of the third cylinder on the compression stroke and check for correct installation of the crankshaft and camshafts. To check the position of the crankshaft remove the plug from the cylinder block, and instead tighten the set screw 3242 (see. Fig. 3.4.23). To check the position of the camshaft set tabs 3458 camshafts. If the set screw 3242 and 3458 locks into place, then, crankshaft and camshafts are installed correctly.
Install the damper pulley of the fuel pump and fix its bolts, having tightened their moment of 20 Nm.

Location mark on vibration damper
Fig. 3.4.34. Location mark on vibration damper

Set the damper on the crankshaft pulley, making sure that the label (Fig. 3.4.34) was combined with a label on a pulley of a gear belt, and tighten the bolts damper torque 25 Nm.
On the left cylinder head, set the vacuum pump.
Install poly V-belt.
Further installation is carried out in reverse order of removal.
