Setting
Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Before installing the pump, fill it with fresh liquid G 002,000. When installing it is necessary to replace the sealing rings and clamps. After screwing in the bolts fastening the power steering pump, first tighten front bolts and then - back.

Replace the pressure hose and fix its banjo bolt 2 (see. Fig. 14.36), tightened its moment of 47 Nm.

Install the suction hose 1 (see. Fig. 14.36), and the P mark on the hose should be from the assembly seam of the pump (see. Arrows in Fig. 14.27). Remove the hose clamps 3094. Replace the pump shaft pulley. Install and tighten bolts the air conditioning compressor, having tightened their moment of 25 Nm. Before installing the air conditioner compressor, make sure dowel sleeves compressor are in place.

Install the V-ribbed belt first on the crankshaft pulley, then on the idler pulleys and the last thing on a tension roller (Fig. 14.38).

Allen wrench, turn counterclockwise ribbed belt tensioner, remove the pin 1 (see. Fig. 14.34), and release the key, causing the belt will tighten. Install poly V-belt drive compressor.

Torque wrench with hexagon head 6 mm Turn tensioning pulley V-belt air conditioning compressor counterclockwise until 7 Nm and hold the torque wrench in this position, a second wrench to tighten the bolt tensioner pulley V-ribbed belt 25 N ?� m (see . Fig. 14.33). Install poly V-belt casing. Install radiator fan with viscous coupling. Replace the front transverse panel. Add fluid to the hydraulic system of the power steering and bleed the air. Check the hydraulic system of the power steering for leaks. Connect a wire of "weight" to the battery. Turn on the radio and enter the code. Lift up the power window glass until it stops. Then press all the switches window again, at least 1, in the closed position of the control unit to activate windows. Set the clock.
