Withdrawal



Before disconnecting the battery, check whether you have the code switch on the radio.
Switch off the ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove ribbed belt.
Remove the viscous clutch fan radiator.
Remove the timing belt.
Drain the coolant.

Loosen the clamps and disconnect coolant hoses 1 and 2 (Fig. 7.25).
Loosen the clamp and disconnect the upper radiator hose.

Disconnect the air tube 1 (Fig. 7.26), it does not disconnect the electrical connector 2 from the sensor to increase the pressure.
Turn out bolts of fastening of the generator and remove it.
After removing the generator disconnect the electrical wires.
Remove the following bolts:
- Bolts of rack intake manifold;
- Support the bolts clamp compensator reactive moment;
- Rack mounting bolts to the engine block.

Remove the bolts 1-6 (Fig. 7.27) bracket of the generator, power steering pump and fan.

Take the bracket to the side and secure it with a soft wire.
Disconnect the coolant hoses from the thermostat housing and the water pump.

Remove the bolt toothed belt to the water pump (Fig. 7.28).
Remove the water pump.
If necessary, remove the screws and remove the water pump.
