Preliminary troubleshooting

Before troubleshooting the system to maintain a constant speed, check the following components and spare parts, and if their condition is not correct, then correct the problem.

Check the correct connection and laying of cables of management and vacuum hoses (vacuum pump cruise control, electric cruise control system and the electric sector, the cruise control).

Check for smooth movement of the electric sector, the cruise control cable assemblies and drive cruise control.

Check for excessive free play and excessive tension of control cables.

Troubleshooting Procedure

First, determine the nature of the symptom of "Fault finding on their grounds" below. Evaluate the status of all chains.

Perform the following preliminary checks:

- Check the installation of the electric drive system of the cruise-control accelerator pedal and cables. Check that the control cables and gears are securely connected to each other;

- Check for smooth movement of the accelerator pedal;

- Adjust a cable of the accelerator pedal, so that there was no excessive free wheeling and excessive cable tension;

- Check that the wiring of the electric connector of the cruise control main switch of the cruise control, the control switch cruise control wiring and connectors all switches disables the cruise, are properly and securely connected.

Perform the test sequence given in the "Fault finding on their status."

When you check faulty component is found, replace the electronic control system of the cruise-control.
