Replacing the rear upper arm sleeve
Remove the rear upper arm assembly.

Using special tool 09432-22000 (1) 09545-21100, and (2) for pulling out the sleeve from the back of the upper arm

With the help of special tools 09432-22000 and 09545-21100 Extract the elastic sleeve from the back of the upper arm (Fig. 5.26).
Set resilient bushing so that the color identification mark located on the outer side of the upper arm.
Press in an elastic sleeve in the upper arm rear suspension.
Install the upper arm assembly.

Replacing the longitudinal arm

Location rear mounting bolt and nuts securing the front of the trailing arm

Remove the bolt securing the rear trailing arm (Fig. 5.27).
Remove the nut securing the front of the trailing arm.
Remove the trailing arm assembly.
With the help of special tools 09216-21600 and 09552-38100 press out the bushing.

Position the sleeve in the longitudinal arm

Position before pressing sleeve, as shown in Fig. 5.28.
To facilitate the pressing lubricate the outer surface of the sleeve with a soap solution.
With the help of special tools 09216-21600 and 09552-38100 in the press-fit sleeve trailing arm.
Install the trailing arm.

Replacing the rear auxiliary arm bushings

Location nuts and bolts of the auxiliary arm

Remove auxiliary lever assembly (Fig. 5.29).
With a special tool 09552-38000 replace the bushing of the auxiliary lever.
To facilitate the pressing lubricate the outer surface of the sleeve with a soap solution.
Install an auxiliary lever assembly.

Replacing the rear central arm
Loosen the nut of the spherical hinge of the rear central arm, but do not remove it completely.

Use puller 09545-4A000 (1) for the extrusion of the ball joint socket support hub

Stripper 09545-4A000 squeeze a finger of the spherical hinge from the slot supports the hub (Fig. 5.30).
Remove the bolt holding the center of the lever.
Remove the central arm assembly.
With the help of special tools and 09545-33000B 09552-38200 replace the central hub of the lever.
