Coolants

In accordance with the instruction manual, the manufacturer recommends the use of the cooling system KIA Spectra cars antifreezes - antifreeze - ethylene glycol aqueous solution with the addition of additives and neutral dye.
In concentrated form, ethylene glycol is highly corrosive and its boiling point of +170 ? C. Due to the fact that the crystallization temperature of ethylene glycol in the concentrated form is -20 ? C to lower its crystallization temperature, diluted with distilled water (tab. 13.1). To neutralize the corrosive activity in ethylene glycol is added special additives. For unlike other fluids and to facilitate the definition of the level in the expansion tank in the engine cooling system antifreeze is added to the dye.
