Removing and installing strut rear suspension
You will need: the keys "8", "17" (two), "19" face head "14", an extension cord, knob, flat-blade screwdriver, pliers. 2. slow down the car and set the parking brake, wheel chocks ("shoes") under the front wheels. Loosen the wheel nuts from the removable rack. Raise the jack back of the car and establish it on support. Remove the wheel. |
| | 3. Remove the protective cover of the top support strut by slipping a screwdriver. | 4. Loosen the shock absorber rod nut (if you remove the strut to replace her body, a spring or the top support), holding the key to the shock-absorber rod rotation (photo for illustration done on the removed strut). |
HELPFUL ADVICE To hold the damper rod by turning the key can be used for fastening of a rod of the front shock absorbers of cars VAZ-2101, VAZ-2107. |

HELPFUL ADVICE At the complicated removing bolts strut-to-knuckle knock them mandrel of suitable size. |
| | 11. ... Take the stand from the rear knuckle ... | 12. ... and remove the rack down through the wheel niche. |
13. Install the strut in the reverse order of removal. After installing the strut rear suspension, check and, if necessary, adjust the wheel alignment (see. "Check and adjust wheel alignment"). |
