Replacing the front brake caliper



You will need: the key "17" key for wheel nuts, the capacity to drain the brake fluid.
1. Remove the wheel.

2. Remove the two calliper mounting bolts to the steering knuckle ...
3. ... and remove the caliper assembly.
4. Remove the bolt-fitting and disconnect the brake hose from the caliper (see. "Replacing the brake hose").

HELPFUL ADVICE
Place the container to drain out of the hose and cylinder brake fluid balance.

5. Install the caliper in the reverse order of removal. Before installing the calliper mounting bolts to the steering knuckle put on a carving anaerobic thread lock. When installing the brake hose only use new copper washers. After installation, restore the brake fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir and bleed the hydraulic brakes (see. "Bleeding brake system hydraulic drive").
