Engine start

Start the engine by means of worn cards ?«Advanced Key?»
Fig. 1.19. Start the engine by means of worn cards ?Advanced Key?: 1 - internal transmitter

The range of the system at start, covers almost the entire interior of the vehicle, except for luggage or compartment (Fig. 1.19).
Despite the fact that the luggage compartment or the compartment located outside the system, start the engine it is sometimes possible. The engine may not start if worn map ?Advanced Key? is located in the following areas:
- Around the dashboard;
- In one of the storage compartments, such as in the glove compartment;
- On the rear parcel shelf (cars with a body "sedan").
Starting the engine is sometimes possible even if the card is worn outside the car but very close to the door or window. However, you should always run the engine only from the driver's seat. If the engine is running and the card is worn outside the car, the engine will be impossible to run again, after it will be drowned, and the ignition switch is turned to lock the steering wheel. If the system detects a wearable card ?Advanced Key? within the working area, it briefly lights built into the map display.
Remote keyless entry system of a vehicle designed for the normal operation of the vehicle at a distance of not more than 1 m. However, the range of the remote control may vary depending on local conditions directly at the vehicle. The remote control does not work if the key is inserted into the ignition. The doors, the boot lid or tailgate are not blocked by the lock button if any of the open car doors or the trunk lid or tailgate. This indicator lamps also do not flash. If you press the remote control system does not respond or the range has become too small - it may indicate a low battery panel. Additional remote controls can be purchased at a service station official dealer of Mazda. On one car at a time can be used up to three remote controls. It is necessary to pass on the service station official Mazda dealer all the remote controls in order to reprogram the codes again.
