Measuring the coolant temperature



Measure the temperature of the coolant and its density thermometer and hydrometer.
ATTENTION
The engine has aluminum elements which may be damaged antifreeze based on methanol or alcohol.
Do not use alcohol or methanol in the cooling system.
Only use coolant based on ethylene glycol.
For breeding antifreeze Use only soft (demineralized) water.
The mineralized water reduces the effectiveness of the coolant.

Determine the desired composition of the coolant using a reduced diagram (Fig. 2.304).
If the composition of the coolant is not correct, add water or antifreeze.
