Neutralization system

The effectiveness of the system of neutralization is below a threshold level (P0420)
PCM unit compares the number of inversions of the front and rear oxygen sensors heated for a predetermined time. The PCM controls the number of inversions of the rear sensor for a given number of inversions of the front of the sensor, when the following conditions. The PCM detects the inversion ratio:
- Engine speed - 1410-3000 min -1 (models with manual transmission);
- Engine speed - 1281-3000 min -1 (model with automatic transmission);
- Design load of 15-50% *.
If the ratio inversions - below the threshold, the PCM determines that the operation of the system of neutralization deteriorated.

* The maximum calculated value of the load varies depending on the engine speed
