Setting



Apply a small amount of clean oil to the new O-ring.

ATTENTION
Damaged O-ring could cause fuel leakage. Take care not to damage the O-ring when installing the fuel injector.
If the connecting portion has a fuel injector foreign objects, the fuel injector and fuel distributor can be damaged. To avoid damage, clean the connecting part before connecting the fuel injector.

Install the fuel injector directly into the hole (Fig. 2.329).
Check that the fuel injector rotates smoothly.
If not, install the fuel injector again.
Install the new clamp on the fuel injector fuel nozzle and install the supporting member on the lower part of the fuel injector connector.

Insert the flange into the groove of the fuel injector fuel injector clip and slide the clip on the fuel injector nozzle, with a groove clamping the fuel injector must be parallel to the flange of the fuel injector (Fig. 2.330).
Make sure that the flange fuel nozzle fully inserted in the groove.
