To tilt the seatback

To adjust the tilt of the seat back, lean forward slightly (to unload the back of the body weight) and bring back to the desired position by turning the rotary knob. Then lean back to take a comfortable position (Fig. 1.116).

To adjust the tilt of the seat back, lean forward slightly (to unload the back of the body weight), and lift up the release lever. While holding the lever, lean back and bring back to the desired position. Then release the release lever (Fig. 1.117).
Make sure that the release lever back to its original position and the seatback is securely locked in place. To do this, try to shake back and forth back.

NOTE
Returning inclined seat back to the upright position, hold it with the other hand, when you press on the release lever. If you do not hold back, it may deviate sharply forward.
