Withdrawal



Remove the battery cover.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the bottom cover.
Remove the cover of the connector and the connector block of PCM.
Remove the air filter cover and remove the filter element.
Remove the air filter.
Uncover the air intake system and the air duct.
Disconnect the air hose.
Remove the purge solenoid valve.
Drain the engine coolant.
Remove the throttle tube.
Disconnect the exhaust gas recirculation (from the intake manifold).
Disconnect the coolant hose from the engine coolant pipe of the engine.

Remove the accelerator cable bracket to the intake manifold (Fig. 2.310).
Remove the intake manifold.
