Bleeding of the hydraulic clutch actuator
Fig. 3.2. Bleeding the hydraulic drive clutch: 1 - transparent tube; 2 - spanner; 3 - a glass container with brake fluid; 4 - the working cylinder

Any hydraulic system works normally if air is removed from it.
During pumping, add only the pure liquid recommended by the manufacturer. Never re-use the liquid from the hydraulic drive clutch.
If the hydraulic fluid accidentally mixed up different brands, remove the liquid, rinse with clean liquid required mark and insert new O-rings.
At constant leakage of fluid from the hydraulic actuator or being hit by the air and determine the cause of the leak, repair the damage.
Before the procedure, remove the lid of the tank pumping the clutch.
Evacuate the liquid from the tank a suction pump.
Uncover the bleed hole of the clutch slave cylinder and attach a vinyl hose to the nipple.
Place the other end of the vinyl hose into a container.
Several times slowly swing the clutch pedal.
When the clutch pedal is depressed, unscrew the nipple using a special device to release the fluid.
Tighten the bleed hole to stop the discharge of liquid.
Again, repeat the procedure several times before pumping until out of the tube will not go only pure liquid.
Tighten the bleed hole.
Torque: 5,9-8,8 Nm.
Add a liquid in a tank to mark MAX.
Replace the cover.
Check the operation of the clutch.
