Check fuel leakage



Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the fuel injectors with fuel distributor, without disconnecting the fuel hose.

Rigidly fix the fuel injectors in the fuel rail with the help of a wire (Fig. 2.219).
Connect the negative battery cable.

Connect the output of the control terminal F / P to the weight of the body GND using a jumper (Fig. 2.220).
Turn the ignition key to the ON position to turn on the fuel pump.

Tilt the fuel injector of about 60 degrees (Fig. 2.221).
Check the fuel leakage from the fuel injector nozzle. If the amount of leakage exceeds the norm, replace the fuel injector.
The normal fuel leak - less than one drop per 2 minutes.
Turn the ignition key to LOCK and remove the jumper.
Set the fuel rail into place.
