Removal of air from brake system

NOTE
The air from the hydraulic brakes should be removed whenever the brake lines disconnected.
If the pipeline of the hydraulic system is disconnected from the master cylinder, bleeding should begin with the farthest from the master cylinder and the slave cylinder to move to the next farthest slave cylinder until the air is removed from all four cylinders.
If the point of separation is located anywhere other than the master cylinder bleeding should start at the point closest to the point of separation and move to the next nearest slave cylinder until the air is removed from all four cylinders.

Uncover the bleed hole and attach a vinyl tube to the nozzle.
Place the other end of the vinyl tube in a clear, fluid-filled container.
One person should depress the brake pedal several times and hold it down.

The weakening of the bleed hole
Fig. 6.13. The weakening of the bleed hole

The second person should loosen the bleed hole, drained and tighten the fitting, using a special device (Fig. 6.13).
Tightening torque - the front wheels: 9.8 Nm.
Tightening torque - rear wheels: 8.8 Nm.
Repeat pumping as long as the output of air bubbles from the tube stops.
Bleed air from each node as described above.
After venting, check the following:
- The brakes;
- Leakage of liquid;
- The level of the liquid.
