Withdrawal



Drain the gearbox.
Remove the brake caliper.
Remove the brake disc.
Remove ball rod end.
Remove the anti-roll bar.
Unscrew the bolts and remove the ball joint of the front lower arm (rear).
Remove the ball joint of the front lower arm (front).

Installing the spare nuts on the drive shaft

Install the spare nut on the drive shaft so that the nut flush with the end of the drive shaft (Fig. 3.140).
Strike the nut brass hammer to loosen the fit of the drive shaft in the wheel hub.
Separate drive shaft from the wheel hub.

ATTENTION
Sharp edges of the drive shaft may be cut or break through the gland. Be careful when separating the drive shaft of the transmission.

Separate the left drive shaft from the gearbox, using as a lever pin that is inserted between the hinge and the gearbox, as shown in Figure 3.141.
Install the special tool to hold the side gears after removing the connecting shaft in the gearbox.
