Refitting

Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Disconnect the wire to the positive terminal of the ignition coil.

Remove the two screws and remove the ignition distributor.

The key of the pulley bolt to turn a cranked shaft before the installation of the piston of the first cylinder in the big dead center of the compression stroke.

Apply a label indicating the position of the plate relative to the ignition timing case back cover of the engine; it is necessary to maintain the correct relative position.

Disconnect vacuum hose, remove the clamp bolt and remove the ignition distributor.

Lubricate O-ring with clean engine oil.

Paste distributor to the back cover of the engine so that the rotor is in a position corresponding to ignition timing in the first cylinder; combine the labels put before removal of the distributor, and tighten the retaining bolt.

Connect the vacuum hose and the wire from the ignition coil.

Replace the cover of the distributor of ignition and connect the wire to the negative terminal of the battery.

Check the ignition.

Installation of the moment of ignition

Remove the spark plug of the first cylinder and close the finger hole for the candle, then the key of the pulley bolt, rotate the crankshaft. If you experience back pressure slowly rotate the shaft to align the marks on the pulley with the mark "T" on the scale of the indicator the moment of ignition.

Lubricate O-ring with clean engine oil.

Paste distributor to the back cover of the engine so that the rotor is in a position corresponding to ignition timing in the first cylinder; combine the labels put before removal of the distributor, and tighten the retaining bolt.

Connect the vacuum hose and the wire from the ignition coil.

Replace the cover of the distributor of ignition and connect the wire to the negative terminal of the battery.

Replacement rotor ignition distributor

Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Uncover the ignition distributor.

Loosen the screws and remove the ignition distributor rotor.

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

Repair of the distributor of ignition

Dismantling

Remove the ignition distributor.

Remove from the distributor housing with a mounting plate tooth.

Hold the ignition distributor in the grip through a cloth to avoid damaging the surface.

Remove the two screws and remove the ignition distributor rotor.

Remove the two springs of the mechanism of a centrifugal regulator, after marking them to facilitate assembly (Fig. 7.2).

Remove the locking bolt and remove the shaft mechanism of a centrifugal regulator of an advancing of ignition.

Remove the two screws and remove the sensor coil.

Using a small screwdriver, carefully separate the electronics module from the sensor coil.

Remove the two screws and remove the vacuum aperture of the housing.

Remove the two screws and remove the switch.

Knock out the pin and remove the drive gear. Remove the washers.

Remove the ignition distributor shaft, bearings and packing.

Assembly

Lubricate the shaft of the ignition distributor with lithium grease.

Install the ignition distributor shaft, bearings and packing.

Install the washers and pinion. Pick a number of goals to drive pinion backlash was the smallest, and the landing gear was not dense. Lock the new gear pin.

Set the switch and secure it with screws.

Insert the rod into the body of the vacuum regulator ignition distributor and hook it onto the base plate of the switch in the bottom of the housing by turning the plate so that the traction control engages and the plate is properly oriented.

Install the sensor coil and the electronic control unit, making sure the proper planting of the latter on mounting lugs, and tighten the screws.

Install the rotor and the ignition distributor.
