Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the floor of the car.
2. Clamp the axle shaft in a vise.

Removing elements

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the mounting clamps anther.
2. Slide the boot side.
3. Mark the position of the tripod installation in the housing and remove the cover.
4. Mark the position of the tripod setting on (the label indicated by arrows).
5. Remove the retaining ring from the end of the half-line.
6. Beat the tripod at the end of the half-line.

Inspection

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully remove the old grease.
2. Inspect all components of the hinge on presence of scratches, corrosion, and other signs of wear or damage. Replace hinge if necessary.

Assembling of elements

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put the boot straps and on the floor. Wrap the slots with adhesive tape before you install the boot.
2. Install the tripod on the floor and set the lock ring. Fill out the tripod and a casing joint lubricant.
3. Replace the cover tripod.
4. Adjust the length of the half-line, guided by the values given subsection 8.2.
5. Lift the edge of the boot to equalize pressure inside and outside of the boot.
6. After tightening the clamp, fold the end of the clip.
7. Lock it with the locking tabs.
8. To install the belt clip, tighten it using a special tool, rotate the instrument by 90 ?�.
9. Cut off the excess.
10. To install the clamp ring is necessary to use a special tool.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the clamps.
2. Slide the boot side.
3. Remove the retaining ring from the housing.
4. Remove the cover.
5. Remove the retaining ring from the end of the half-line.
6. Remove the cage with balls.
7. Mark installation position of the inside track clips.
8. Carefully remove the beads and remove the inside track.

Inspection

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Thoroughly clean all the elements of the old grease and check the inside track for corrosion, scratches, cracks or other damage.
2. Examine the cage for corrosion, scratches, cracks or other damage.

Assembling of elements

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put the boot straps and on the floor.
2. Insert the inner race and the balls in the cage.
3. Fill the cage with balls greasing.
4. Install the clip to the half-side of the large diameter outside.
5. Install the retaining ring for locking clips.
6. Fill the joint housing with grease.
7. Install the retaining ring into the casing joint.
8. Replace the cover holder with balls and set the boot in place.
9. Lift the edge of the boot to equalize pressure inside and outside of the boot.
10. Adjust the length of the axis.
11. Tighten the boot band.

All internal hinges

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Establish a new lock ring on the end of the axis. Install the axle shaft to the vehicle.

EXTERNAL SHRUS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the boot band and slide the boot side.
2. Carefully clean the joint from the old grease with a solvent. Rinse and dry joint.
3. Carefully remove the old grease and check the elements of the joint for corrosion, damage or signs of wear. If the joint is worn out, half to be replaced.
4. Replace external bellow joint, removing the internal hinge and a dynamic damper, if necessary.
5. Install a new boot on the hinge, fill the boot with grease and tighten fixing collars.
6. Install the axle shaft to the vehicle.
