Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the slave cylinder clutch.
2. Remove the gearbox.
3. Remove the plug bearing with ball joint, push the spring and remove release bearing, together with a fork.

Inspection

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Try to rotate the inner race of the bearing by pushing on it. Replace the bearing if necessary.
2. Inspect the clutch release lever for cracks or deformation.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Fill in the inner groove of the release bearing with high temperature grease. Also grease the splines of the input shaft, ball bearings and bearing mount.
2. Apply high temperature grease slot on the lever and release bearing ends of the fork, install the bearing on the fork.
3. Set the bearing on the shaft and install the plug bearing upon the ball.
4. Further installation is spent upside-down removals.
