The pump system hydrostrengthening steering



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Drain the liquid from the tank system hydrostrengthening steering. Place drip pan under the engine to collect hydraulic fluid.
Models with four-cylinder engine
3. Remove the protective shield of the pump drive belt.
4. Remove the retaining screw pump pulley.
5. Remove the lock and adjusting bolt and remove the drive belt.
6. Disconnect the supply of hydraulic fluid (A) and the high pressure pipe (B) from the pump system hydrostrengthening Steering (models with 4-cylinder engine).
7. Disconnect the connection of the switch system hydrostrengthening steering.
8. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the pump.
Models with the six-cylinder engine
9. Disconnect the supply of hydraulic fluid (A) and the high pressure pipe (B) from the pump system hydrostrengthening Steering (models with 6-cylinder engine).
10. Remove the right front wheel and the engine guard.
11. Turn off a fixing bolt of a pulley of the pump.
12. Loosen the lock and adjusting bolt and remove the drive belt.
13. Disconnect the supply of hydraulic fluid.
14. Disconnect the connection of the switch system hydrostrengthening steering.
15. Remove the adjusting bracket, unscrew the fixing bolts and remove the pump.

Setting

Installation is spent upside-down removals.
