The electronic control unit is constantly supplied from the battery through the output "38" protected fuse number 41 (7.5 A) located in the mounting block of the engine compartment. When the switch devices and starter voltage from the battery is supplied to the findings of "25" and "37" of the computer connector and output "7" of the solenoid valve stop the diesel engine on a circuit protected by a fuse number 25 (10 A), are in the assembly block of the car interior . Checks are carried out on the findings of the connectors computer connector (see. Fig. 3.43), the connector must be disconnected from the computer. During the measurement plugs Do not unplug the unit under test.

WARNINGS
For checking and adjusting the court does not get injured and do not damage the components of the system, observe the following rules:
- Do not operate the engine if the wires are loose clamps on the battery terminals;
- Do not disconnect the wires from the battery terminals with the engine running;
- Disconnect the battery from the vehicle when it is charged by car from the outside power source;
- Do not start the engine with an external source voltage of more than 12;
- Do not disconnect the computer connector with the ignition on;
- Before connecting the plug connectors, make sure there is no damage or oxidation on the contacts male and female parts, and connectors are properly connected;
- Make sure there is a rubber seal pad and fixing springs;
- Replace damaged spring;
- Before carrying out work on the vehicle using electric welding, including spot, disconnect the computer.
- Remove the control unit if the vehicle will be exposed to temperatures above
80 ?� C (e.g., freshly painted vehicle before placing in an oven);
- Before checking cylinder compression disconnect connector (gray on the pump) of the solenoid valve stop diesel;
- Do not check the wires and connection control lamp;
- Do not check "to spark" the presence of voltage in the circuit;
- Disconnect the battery before measuring the electrical resistance elements of the vehicle;
If the vehicle is equipped with a car radio code before disconnecting the battery note the activation code car.
When checking Never connect terminals extension wires to the terminals of the control device connector. It is necessary to move the protective cover and attach the pad terminals on the input side wires in the connector or using a special terminal block. Preliminary checks
Before checking COURT perform the work described below, and eliminate identified with the problem:
- Ensure normal operation of the engine start-up circuit: battery, power wires and the starter;
- Ensure that there is sufficient fuel of appropriate quality, the correct installation of the fuel filter and that the filter is not clogged;
- Check the tightness of the fuel vapor recirculation systems and crankcase gases, as well as the state of the hose system (not be pinched);
- Check the air supply system: pipes and gaskets must be tight, tight collars, the filter element must be clean; exhaust gas recirculation should be OK, pipelines are sealed;
- Check the condition of the circuit preheating: integrity and compliance with the recommended wire specifications;
- The engine fuel supply system must be tight, leaks in pipes and fittings are not allowed;
- Check tightness of the exhaust system; Check the condition and adjustment of a cable drive fuel management: move from stop to stop and ease of movement; stroke fuel control lever depending on the position of the pedal;
- Assess the technical condition of the engine: compression, setting the initial timing of fuel injection, sealed cylinder head gasket, the state of the high pressure pump, etc.
