Check the condition of the gear and measure the axial clearance of each gear (Fig. 4.23). If clearance values are within the limits specified in Table. 4.2, replace all the parts of a secondary shaft.

Remove the roller bearing from the secondary shaft. Remove the inner ring and the support half-ring from the V gear transmission (Fig. 4.24). Xpress V transmission gear after removing the spacer ring (Fig. 4.25).
Remove the transmission gear IV, locking sleeve (Fig. 4.26) and remove the ball retainer of the output shaft (Fig. 4.27). Xpress synchronizer hub III and IV programs. Remove the transmission gear III (Fig. 4.28), the locking sleeve Fig. 4.29), transmission gear II (Fig. 4.30) and remove the ball retainer (Fig. 4.31). Xpress synchronizer hub gears I and II (Fig. 4.32). Remove the synchronizer ring I transfer driven gear (Fig. 4.33) and the needle bearing (Fig. 4.34).
