Replacing the front wheel sensor rotor



The rotor sensor is installed with an interference fit, so its removal is possible only by means of a stripper.

Lift the wheel with the right hand. Remove the drive shaft (see. Above). Clamp drive shaft in a vice with soft sponges and using a puller, remove the rotor from the mounting surface of the shaft (Fig. 7.20).
Before installing the rotor, clean the seating surface of the drive shaft. Installation of the rotor shaft are made using a hammer, upsetting rotor light blows through the wooden bar.

Check the clearance between the rotor and the sensor (see. Fig. 7.18).
Follow the remaining operations in the reverse order of removal.
