Maintenance intervals

To prolong the life of the vehicle necessary to carry out maintenance. Here are the periodicity and extent of maintenance.
Weekly or every 400 kilometers, check:
- Engine oil level;
- The level of the coolant;
- The level of brake fluid;
- The availability of water in the expansion tank washer;
- The battery, tires, glass cleaners and washers, as well as all lamps.
After every 7,500 kilometers replace the engine oil and oil filter.
Every 15 000 km, do the following:
- Check the thickness of the front brake pads;
- Replace the air particle filter (if any);
- Drain the water from the fuel filter (diesel engines).
Every 12 months of operation, check:
- Operation of all electrical systems;
- The oil level in the gearbox;
- The state of the airbag;
- Efficiency washers;
- The integrity of all the components, parts, pipes and hoses in the engine compartment;
- The level of electrolyte in the battery;
- The state of steering and suspension;
- Condition of protective covers of hinges of equal angular velocity drive shafts;
- Condition of the braking system for leaks and damage;
- The state of parts of the exhaust system;
- The thickness of the rear brake pads;
- Adjust the headlamp;
- The engine speed to idle (diesel engines).
During this service lubricate all locks and hinges, hood lid (model Variant - the back door).
Every 30 000 km, follow these steps:
- Check the condition and tension of the belt drive units;
- Replace the spark plugs (petrol engines);
- Replace the air filter;
- Check the condition and tension of the belt drive of a camshaft;
- Check the oil level in manual gearbox;
- Check the gearbox for leaks and damage;
- Replace the fuel filter (diesel engines).
Every 60 000 km replace the oil in the gearbox and the fuel filter (petrol engines).
Every 90 000 km Replace the timing belt.
Every 2 years of operation, regardless of mileage, replace coolant and brake fluid. At the station, vehicle maintenance, check the content of harmful substances in exhaust gases.
Irregular maintenance vehicle leads to deterioration of the engine (power reduction, increased fuel consumption, etc.). In this case, perform the following steps:
- Check the battery, clean it and charge;
- Check the level of all fluids;
- Check the condition and tension of the belt drive units;
- Replace the spark plugs (petrol engines);
- Drain the water from the fuel filter (diesel engines);
- Check the condition of the air filter, replace if necessary;
- Check the condition of the lid and the rotor of the distributor of ignition (petrol engines), replace if necessary;
- Replace the fuel filter (petrol engines);
- Check the condition of all hoses, their tightness.
If these steps have not had the desired effect, you must do the following:
- Check the system power supply (generator and battery);
- Check the ignition system (gasoline engines);
- Check the power supply system of the engine;
- Replace the high-voltage wires (petrol engines);
- Check the system pre-heating (diesel engines);
- Replace the fuel filter and check the fuel system (diesel engines).
