Air conditioning compressor
A warning  It does not open the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioning. Avoid contact with skin refrigerant.
The conditioner compressor with bracket can be removed and installed without opening refrigerant circuit. When repairing the air conditioning compressor can be removed and suspended in the engine compartment, without disconnecting from it hoses.
ENGINES 1,6-I / 1,8-I / 1,9-I
The conditioner compressor cars with engines 1,6-I / 1,8-I / 1,9-I
1 - M8h100 bolt, 25 Nm
2 - washer,
3 - support hose refrigerant
4 - M8h35 bolt, 25 Nm
5 - M8h50 bolt, 25 Nm | 6 - an arm of the air conditioning compressor,
7 - V-belt tensioning mechanism,
8 - a bolt 20 Nm
9 - air conditioning compressor |
Withdrawal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Remove the poly V-belt. | | 2. Unscrew the bolts to the air conditioning compressor bracket. | | 3. Remove air conditioner compressor from bracket and, using a soft wire, suspend it in the engine compartment, without disconnecting from it hoses. | | 4. If necessary, loosen the bolts and remove the air conditioning compressor bracket from the engine block. |

Setting
Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. When installing the bolts, keep in mind that they have different lengths.
ENGINE 2,3-I
The conditioner compressor on cars with engines 2,3-I
1 - M8h50 bolts, 40 Nm
2 - an arm of the air conditioning compressor,
3 - the guide roller,
4 - electromagnetic clutch drive air conditioner, | 5 - M8h90 bolt, 25 Nm
6 - M10h95 bolt, 40 Nm
7 - the air conditioning compressor |
Withdrawal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Install the front cross member of the body in the service position (see. The corresponding description in the head body). | | 2. Remove the V-ribbed belt. | | 3. Remove the three screws on the air conditioner. | | 4. Remove air conditioner compressor from bracket and, using a soft wire, tie up it in the engine compartment, without disconnecting from it hoses. | | 5. If necessary, unscrew the bolts and remove the air conditioning compressor bracket from the engine block. |

Setting
Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Keep in mind that the air conditioning compressor mounting bolts are of different lengths.
